The OVA is a one-shot tribute to the Metal Hero genre of live-action superhero shoes that were prevailent in the 80's and 90's. Specifically it is a tribute to the Space Sheriff Series. The one-shot deals with dark subject matters such as bullying and teen suicide. The opening theme of the OVA is "Rekkuu! Gakuen Tokusou Hikaruon ~Theme Of Hikaruon~" by Kumi Kaneko and Akira Kushida.

Trazan & Banarne was a Swedish children's television series which was broadcast first in late 1970s/early 1980s, 1st time was as "Jullovsmorgon" 1976/1977, in Sveriges Television. The title characters are played by Lasse Åberg and Klasse Möllberg. The title characters have recorded many songs together with the band Electric Banana Band. The TV series did also broadcast TV series as Lucky Luke. In early 2000s Trazan & Banarne released the CD-ROM game Speltajm.

The bloody conflict that pitted Russia against a large European coalition is shown here to be part of a chain of long-held antagonisms that continue to this day. Perhaps of all the things we remember of this confrontation, the only positive aspect that emerges is the appearance of Florence Nightingale.
