After the final events of Næturvaktin., Georg Bjarnfreðarson, Ólafur Ragnar and Daníel, find their paths cross again when they find work at a Hotel Bjarkarlundur in Icelands isolated Westfjords, owned and run by the formidable Gugga. Forced to work together again it's not long before Georg begins plotting ways to control everyone.
