Roger and the Rottentrolls is a children's comedy television series made for ITV by The Children's Company, which combined puppets with live action human actors. It was first broadcast on 1 January 1996. Written by Tim Firth, it was based on characters created by Gordon Firth directed by Julian Kemp and executive produced by Robert Howes. The first series won the 1997 BAFTA for "Best Children's Entertainment Show", beating the Ant and Dec Show. Later series were nominated for awards from both BAFTA and the Royal Television Society.

Fahmai moved into Arthit's house after her parents died. She knew she was going to get kicked out of the house so one day, she set up a plan to get Arthit into bed. Instead, Arthit stormed out of the house and got into an accident. He survived but his hate for her grew. She was sent abroad for 4 years then 4 years later, she returned because she made a promise to his parents. She thought time will heal all wounds but that wasn't the case, instead, it intensified even more.

Zakhar, a simple Kuban lad, is left by the bride right on the eve of the wedding. Together with friends who are also experiencing problems in relationships with girls, the guy is trying to get his beloved back. A new acquaintance, Zhenya, comes to the aid of Zakhar and the company, who opens everyone's eyes to how to solve their personal problems.
