The film depicts the "ultimate love" in which a man who is a murderer and a woman who doesn't believe in love meet by chance and eventually fall in love with each other. "A drama adaptation of Ayako Sono's original work of the same name, which is based on the "Okubo Kiyoshi Incident," which actually happened. The script was written by Yumiko Inoue.
