Alyssa Cobb is an American writer, director, and producer making her feature film debut with UNRESTRAINED, a found footage horror-thriller that blends psychological horror, crime, and unsettling realism to explore trauma, repression, and the collapse of identity under extreme emotional pressure. Her storytelling style focuses on grounded performances, immersive atmosphere, and emotionally raw narratives that blur the line between observation and participation. Found footage really is humanity’s way of saying, “what if panic attacks had camerawork?”

Before pursuing filmmaking full-time, Cobb worked inside a psychiatric facility, an experience that later became deeply personal after unexpectedly spending time within that same system herself.
