Glen was born in London, England to a British mother and American father. Raised in Portland, OR, Glen attended the University of Oregon on a baseball scholarship, and played baseball professionally for three years after his graduation. He began modeling in his twenties, before training as a USAF Military Special Forces Pararescue (PJ). Glen started acting in his thirties, and has continued to do so ever since, in a variety of television, film, commercial, infomercial, and voice roles. He is still recognized as the original 'Bowflex guy' who helped launch the Bowflex trainer worldwide in an infomercial in 1998.
