He is best known for his work in New Japan Pro-Wrestling alongside Gedo, with occasional stints in Universal Lucha Libre (1993) and Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling (1997). He has previously served as the head booker of Pro Wrestling Noah beginning in 2015, and together with Gedo, has been involved in NJPW booking.
