Enka singer Kirasei Aki (Kimito Ayumi), who cannot sell, will release a new song "Woman's Ibaramichi" for the first time in five years. Smuggler's Ball is the English-language title for this French-Belgian seriocomedy. The action takes place along the borders separating Belgium, Holland and France. Unfortunately, nothing goes according to plan, and the octopus gradually captures everyone except the clumsiest water nymph, Křehulová. The situation begins to look hopeless. Fortunately, Mikolášek comes up with a plan and, together with Křehulová, tries to bring it to a successful conclusion...
