Zombies: The Beginning (2007)

A man takes over a TV station and holds a number of hostages as a political platform to awaken humanity, instead of money.

Cocky researcher Sebastian Caine is working on a project to make living creatures invisible. Determined to achieve the ultimate breakthrough, Caine pushes his team to move to the next phase — using himself as the subject. The test is a success, but when the process can't be reversed and Caine seems doomed to future without flesh, he starts to turn increasingly dangerous.

The lethal Reaper virus spreads throughout Britain—infecting millions and killing hundreds of thousands. But if they default on payments, an organization known as the Union sends agents to repossess the organs. Remy is one of the best agents in the business, but when he becomes the recipient of an artificial heart, he finds himself in the same dire straits as his many victims.
