Joan, a 22-year-old baker engaged to María, rents a room in an apartment owned by a 68-year-old woman, La Tieta, and her eccentric nephew Oriol. La Tieta introduces Joan to a new, sensual, and mysterious world with a unique aesthetic. Oriol, who adores his aunt, helps open Joan's eyes.
