Overview

Violet, a socially-inept high school student, starts to have visions of the Virgin Mary. Joshua, Violet's father and a pastor, after knowing about her daughter's visions, immediately disapproves of it. He assumes that she is just sick. It then becomes an interplay between spirituality and medicine.
