“Vorrei andare via” is the story of four boys on the outskirts of a big city, lost in the mundanity, boredom and pain of ordinary life, painted as absolute emptiness on the brick walls of the houses that surround them. They want to go on a journey together out of a sense of friendship, or perhaps, just out of fear of being alone and lacking courage; a journey to a new life.

Not being taken seriously, he starts an independent investigation to prove his claim, but when the evidence still appears to be inconclusive, Polsky is forced to engage in a relationship with the enemy in order to obtain irrefutable proof.
