The film Threads of Love tells the story of an Italian fashion designer, Amelie (played by Tara Clance [Ke Tianrou]), who travels to the multi-ethnic region of Guangxi, China, in search of design inspiration. There, she meets her soulmate and falls in love with music teacher Li Sihai (played by Gao Haicheng).
