Simon is a motel owner looking to expand business by marketing his motel as haunted. He invites a reality television crew to spend the night collecting paranormal evidence. The crew gets more than they bargained for, however. The level of paranormal activity is higher than usual, which concerns Ted, the crew's leader and television host.
