The premise of four young men out to celebrate the end of their school exams has great promise as comedy material, a promise that is far from realized in this banal, unevenly paced, run-of-the-mill attempt at a supposedly funny story.

Stanley Ford leads an idyllic bachelor life. He is a nationally syndicated cartoonist whose Bash Brannigan series provides him with a luxury townhouse and a full-time valet, Charles. The perfect vocal mastery of one and the tenacity of the other could well create sparks and take them very far.
