The Dead and the Deadly (1982)

Chow Siu-lung leaves his hometown in order to study kung fu in the city but ends up getting conned by his own uncle instead.

Attacked by vampire, Spring, a born loser is saved by three street cleaners. When he wakes up, he finds himself in a government secret facilities hidden in a garbage collection station.
