Produced by Freddy Leprechaun Productions, it is a movie featuring Creepypasta characters Ticci Toby (Tiernan Lachmann) and Jeff the Killer (Zac Cisco) created by Katoway and Sesseur which is a sequel to their other fan film "Ticci Toby" where Jeff the Killer helps bring Ticci Toby back to life and they end up in a gory battle as revenge for Jeff killing Toby's dear companion.
