“Name It, Tame It, and Slay It!”
In the summer of 2017, the podcast Tell ‘Em Steve-Dave filmed a gameshow pilot episode to pitch to an unnamed television network. “ElephANTs in the Room” combines the classic atmosphere of beloved gameshows, with the insightful and humorous world of podcasting. When you add in elephant-based physical changes, and the perils of taboo topics that no that sane person would ever dare to discuss, you get “ElephANTs in the Room!” With an explosive and shocking final challenge, it’s safe to say you have NEVR seen a gameshow like this!

This material was developed and prepared over the last year or so, mostly in comedy clubs. This special kind of goes back to when he used to just make noises and be funny for no particular reason. It felt right to him to shoot this special in a club to give it that live immediate intimate feeling. The show is about an hour long. The opening act, who is seen at the beginning (good place for an opening act) is Jay London. One of his favorite club comics going way back to the late 80s when he first started in working in New York.

Self
A modern retelling of Shakespeare's classic comedy about two pairs of lovers with different takes on romance and a way with words.
