Meanwhile, Maddie comes up with a plan to get London to wear one of Raven’s new dresses. It almost backfires until London finds out that super pop star Hannah Montana wants a Raven original to wear on her new tour.

Supervillains Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, Peacemaker and a collection of nutty cons at Belle Reve prison join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X as they are dropped off at the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese.

The film is divided into two episodes, The Hair of Disgrace and The Magician, both focusing on the theme of the occult and beliefs.
