Shimiko is a time traveler from the future looking for her father who turns out to be a gay transvestite in the past. She must figure a way to make him straight and attracted to women so that he can become her future father. But she is not supposed to meddle with the past like this and a time cop is on her heels to apprehend her back to her own time.

He meets Holly, a queer black woman he befriends and draws into his plan by giving her his knowledge of the future so that she can make quick money. However, they unwittingly alter the future themselves with their actions, until Doris, another time traveller, arrives to stop them.
