Rogers: The Musical is a fictional Broadway musical in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) media franchise, centered on the life of Steve Rogers / Captain America. The musical was conceived for the 2021 Marvel Studios Disney+ miniseries Hawkeye by head writer Jonathan Igla, which featured the musical number "Save the City", written by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. "Save the City" garnered a mixed response from viewers, and was released as a digital single on November 24, 2021. The song was performed live at the 2022 D23 Expo. Multiple Easter eggs referencing the musical have since been added to several MCU properties. A one-act version of the musical debuted at Disney California Adventure in June 2023 that ran through the end of August.
