Two police officers decide to open a police academy where many applicants are enrolled, most of them stupid and without powers.

Emilio and Guillermo are two sports club employees, that are fired due to their incompetence at work. They overhead that their favourite girls are going on vacation to Mar del Plata, and they decide to go. Once there they go to the casino and lose all their money, they find jobs as lifeguards.
