Mexico City, 1960. Aurelia lives happily with her family. Just before the birth of her third daughter, her husband dies in an accident. Years later, Leonor, the oldest daughter, has quit her studies to help her mother support the household. Beatriz, immersed in her music, lets life slip her by like a strange melody. Adolescent Nadia has only one interest in life: to seek new experiences. Aurelia starts to lose her sensibility to pain, and the family relationships become so alienated that they begin to disintegrate like the house they live in.

A black comedy about a man who works out a plan to change his life. In a locked room in a love hotel, an unexpected turn occurs as the thoughts and positions of the characters intersect, each holding the other's weakness while also being held by the other.

...again, is "plein-aire abstraction" as defined above (painted in New York City) – with, for example, even a correctly toned green impression of The Statue of Liberty – and, then, impressions of Toronto with its architectural particularities appearing, midst hurrying people – shapes (almost as if photographed at times). This segment is Double-Printed (i. e., two frames for every painted one).

Heroic Officer 444 battles The Frog and his criminal gang for possession of Haverlyte, a powerful formula that, if it fell into the wrong hands, would give its owner enough power to control the world. And, taking no chances, The Frog sends his chief henchwoman, a seductive vamp named The Vulture, to tempt Officer 444 to stray from his sworn duty to save the world from The Frog's nefarious plans.

On the highways of the Ruhr region, the paths of four people cross as they try to fulfill their long-lost dreams. One of them is Georg, the coach of a Bundesliga soccer team that has to win that evening's cup match if he wants to keep his job. He is about to be sacked and realizes that the business and its mechanisms are beginning to turn against him. Dieter, the roving TV reporter, is on the hunt for spectacular pictures day and night. Although he loves his son, who lives with his ex-wife Rita, he takes too little care of him.

When his younger friends go up for adoption, threatening their extended family, an orphaned teen helps them discourage potential parents.
