Mazlum is a man who lives in the Esenler neighborhood and works as a singer in a nightclub despite his limited knowledge of music. Every night, he arrives at the venue with his own poster from the 90s tucked under his arm. Since this is the last poster he has left, he treats it like his own eye, hanging it on the club's bulletin board himself. He makes his own announcements from backstage. Despite having an extremely naive personality, he appears cunning, flirtatious, and impulsive to outsiders.

Adil Hoca, a retired elementary school teacher, has been assigned to his hometown. While waiting for his retirement, he receives a hard slap from a young police officer in the town, and his pride is severely hurt. Determined to ensure that justice is served by having the young police officer punished, Adil Hoca does not let the slap go.
