For a brief window of time, a record store called Revolutions Per Minute was open from the summer of 1992 to the beginning of 1998, that specialized in rock and punk music on independent labels. This story was renamed to Lucy's Record Shop. This documentary takes a look at the story as it was operating, and looks at it's inevitable downfall.
