The life of this 3 feet 7 inch dwarf is full of mocks and taunts, yet he hugs his illusions and dreams in a positive manner. It is the only way to enjoy being a joker. His companion was a hen who laid eggs everyday and gave him a golden one. He used to sell it and made his ends meet. Due to financial crisis, he got to work in a marriage party, dressed as a joker. It made his life colorful. Suddenly he gets the news of an ongoing fair where he could find work, but unfortunately he reached there at a wrong time.

The four-inch-tall Clock family secretly share a house with the normal-sized Lender family, "borrowing" such items as thread, safety pins, batteries and scraps of food. However, their peaceful co-existence is disturbed when evil lawyer Ocious P. Potter steals the will granting title to the house, which he plans to demolish in order to build apartments. The Lenders are forced to move, and the Clocks face the risk of being exposed to the normal-sized world.
