Arkham Sanitarium: Soul Eater (2014)

The residents of a suburban high-rise apartment building are infected by parasites that turn them into mindless nymphomaniac fiends.

In the middle of a routine patrol, officer Daniel Carter happens upon a blood-soaked figure limping down a deserted stretch of road.
