Luigi looks after his mother and his little brother since their abusive father Franco left when he was 10. Now a young man brimming with rage, he joins a far-right gang in search of belonging just as Franco shows up again in their life.

Patrick is a tenacious lawyer specializing in environmental law. France is a schoolteacher who becomes an activist after her husband develops cancer from exposure to a pesticide. Each character is threatened with the inevitable payment for wrong choices in the past, but helping each other, they try to expiate these faults.

When the police finally catch an elusive serial killer, no one can prove his guilt, resulting in the lead detective making it personal.

Dj Steph is a young radio deejay on the rise, who gained a lot of popularity on social media and every evening hosts a radio show with a large following, during which he receives calls from his fans. One evening, a call chills him to the bone: a cold-blooded stranger announces on live radio that he plans to take his own life, making himself explode in the middle of the city.

An ordinary man witnesses a cruel murder and becomes entangled in circumstances out of his control.
