Every day, Semyon catches up on sleep on the train that takes him to prison. There, he puts on a robe and tries to quickly get rid of the routine medical work with prisoners in order to return to his personal, everyday routine. An emergency at work suddenly interferes with his viscous existence, forcing Semyon to choose between compromising his conscience or preserving his humanity.
