A young alcoholic ambient musician locks himself in his apartment on a dangerous seven day bender as he attempts to finish his upcoming album.

Cécile is about to open her own gourmet restaurant, finally making her dream come true, when suddenly her father has a heart attack and she is called back to the village where she was born. Far from the hubbub of Paris life, she runs into her teenage crush. The memories come flooding back, destabilizing her certainties.

In a Rome divided between the city center and the suburbs, rich and poor, famous and not, Alex, Gaia, and Marco are three friends in their early twenties who dream of escaping the future society has written for them. Street life, working at the market, poverty, small-time drug dealing, suburban tenements, and the dream of hip-hop are Alex's life until his dream comes true and he finds himself catapulted into the world of rap, playing his part and proving his worth. Managing his own destiny, however, isn't easy, and Alex makes many mistakes, leaving him alone, without a point of reference, and with fleeting success. He must then confront his demons, the harshness of the world, and his own confusion, to learn to love his anger and understand what he truly desires.

The film director also works, through his encounters, through archives, music, he let's himself be submerged, overwhelmed like the actress, by the actress.

Djam, a young Greek woman, is sent to Istanbul by her uncle Kakourgos, a former sailor with a passion for Rebetiko, to find a rare part that will repair their boat. In Istanbul, she encounters Avril, a nineteen-year-old French girl, alone and without any money, who came to Turkey as a voluntary worker with refugees. Djam, generous, cheeky, unpredictable, and free-spirited, takes Avril under her wing on the way to Mytilene. A journey filled with encounters, music, sharing, and hope.
